Willie Seager Cottages are located in Westville Road, Penylan, Cardiff; applications are invited from single people over pensionable age with a proven connection with the maritime industry or docks in South Wales. Further details and an application form are available from the Association.
We provide management services to Gwalia Rest Bay a co-operative of 29 homes in Porthcawl, Bridgend County Borough. Gwalia Rest Bay is a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom homes located five minutes from the beach and close to the town centre.
