Each flat is self-contained with its own entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, lounge and double bedroom(s). Kitchens are fully fitted with space so that a washing machine, cooker and fridge can be fitted. Heating is by gas. Please note we do not allow gas cookers in any of our flats.
The scheme also has car park facilities, an outside drying area for laundry and pleasant gardens for the residents.

Rent and Service Charges
The rent which includes a service charge, is set annually by the Association and is known as an Assured Rent. This means that the rent will be below the comparable market level rents in the local area.
