Our regional resident consultation groups are called “Grwp Golwg”, which translated means “Opinions Group”. They are an opportunity for residents to feed their views and ideas into Aelwyd services.

Aelwyd Housing is proud to be one of the highest rated Housing Associations in Wales for resident satisfaction. Aelwyd residents are consulted about satisfaction regularly for example, for each repair undertaken, when they move into a new home and following any ASB reports.
We are always keen to hear from residents and this form can be used to report any complaints, compliments or concerns. Information about how we deal with complaints is available on the website and can be found within the “Useful Information” section.
Aelwyd Housing is keen to establish what matters to individual residents. All residents are offered an opportunity for an annual home visit to meet with a member of the team and feedback on what issues are most important to them.
