As a Contract Holder with Aelwyd Housing, paying your rent and keeping your rent account debt free is part of your occupancy agreement.
You can pay your rent in a number of ways:

Standing Order
You can download a form here or contact us to send you a form in the post.
Please complete and return directly to your bank, use your name and address as a reference.
Over the Phone
Call the office Monday- Friday between the hours of 8:45am – 4:45pm and a member of staff can take a payment from you. A receipt will be sent via email and can also be issued in the post at your request.
Post Office
To make a payment at the post office you will need your Allpay payment card. If you do not have one, please let us know and we’ll send one out to you.
PayPoint Terminal at a local shop
To make a payment at the PayPoint machine you will need your Allpay payment card.
