We love to hear from residents and the more feedback we get the better we can make our services.

The latest Welsh Government Tenant Satisfaction Survey 2022 showed that Aelwyd Housing is one of the highest performing housing associations in Wales with high levels of resident satisfaction.  It confirmed our personal approach works and matters to residents.

There are a number of ways you can help us shape our services:

  • Day to day interactions and feedback to our staff team
  • Responding to consultations on service reviews
  • Joining other residents in your local Grwp Golwg meeting
  • Returning satisfaction surveys or asking us to help you

  • Attending local resident meetings and coffee morning

To report a repair Out of Office hours please call the main Aelwyd Housing office number on 02920 481203 and wait to be connected to Delta Wellbeing.  Alternatively, you can visit the Delta Wellbeing website and report your emergency online:  www.deltawellbeing.org.uk
