Description

A purpose built property for older people consisting of:

  • 8 one person one bedroom flats
  • 2 two person one bedroom flats

Each flat is self-contained with its own entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, lounge and single/double bedroom. Central heating is by gas combi-boiler. Please note we do not allow gas cookers in any of our flats.

The flats have a communal door entry system.

Situated close to railway station.

Rent and Service Charges

The rent which includes a charge for the services listed is set annually by the Association and is known as an Assured Rent. This means that the rent will be below the comparable market level rents in the local area.
