Each flat is self-contained with its own entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, lounge and double bedroom(s). Heating is by gas combination boiler.  The scheme benefits from communal garden and an outside drying area.  Please note we do not allow gas cookers in any of our flats.

Rent and Service Charges

The rent which includes a charge for the services listed is set annually by the Association and is known as an Assured Rent. This means that the rent will be below the comparable market level rents in the local area.
