To report a repair you can contact us on 02920 481203, Monday – Friday 8:45am – 4:45pm. You can also email us at enquiries@aelwyd.co.uk but please don’t report emergency repairs via email.
Our Out of Hours service is provided by Delta Welbeing and the office phone will automatically divert you to them as our Out of Hours provider.
Press option 1 to speak to someone in Welsh and option 2 for English. You will then need to press option 4 to report a repair and explain that you are an Aelwyd Housing Resident. Please listen carefully to the options as these are subject to change.

If the repair is not urgent, our staff regularly visit your community so you can speak to them during their visits.
