Each flat is self-contained with its own entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, lounge and double bedroom. Kitchens are fully fitted with space provided so that a cooker, fridge and washing machine can be fitted. Heating is by gas central heating. Please note we do not allow gas cookers in any of our flats.
The flats have a drying area, garden, bin store, car park and door entry system.

Rent and Service Charges
The rent which includes a charge for the services listed is set annually by the Association and is known as an Assured Rent. This means that the rent will be below the comparable market level rents in the local area.
