The Welsh Government recently published the Tenant Satisfaction Survey results for community landlords in Wales. We were once again the best performing housing association in Wales across a range of measures. The results confirm that our residents are happy with the services we provide. Sharon Lee, Chief Executive said “The survey results are great to see and I’m thrilled that we have performed so well in the view of residents. We never take these results for granted and will keep working to keep improving. I’m very proud of our staff team for all their hard work and focus on the things that matter to residents.”
