To report a repair you should contact the Association’s office directly by telephoning 029 2048 1203 between the hours of 8.45 a.m. and 4.45 p.m. Monday-Friday, or alternatively inform your Scheme Manager, (if you have one).
For emergency repairs outside of normal office hours please telephone 029 2061 9217 or alternatively use one of the emergency pull cords which may be fitted within your property. See the associations policy for more info: Out of hours repairs policy

Alternatively if the repair is of a non-urgent nature, regular scheme visits are undertaken by members of staff and you are more than welcome to speak to them during their visit.
