It’s going to be a big change for many people, so the sooner you find out how this affects you, the better prepared you will be. The following website will guide you through the process of the changes to your benefits. You will be able to see when things will start to change, how this will affect you financially and how you can get the right help and support to see you through.
On this website you ‘ll find all the facts about each change, explained in a straightforward way.
On the organisations which can help section, you can find details of the right organisations to support you every step of the way. You will also be able to read the stories of real life people who will be affected by the changes and who have found out what it means to them.
