With very best wishes from all the staff at Aewlyd for a peaceful and prosperous New year.
The association is reviewing its Tenant Participation Strategy for 2011 and would like to hear from any tenants who would be willing to help undertake this review. (Copies of the current strategy were delivered to all residents for consideration at the scheme meetings held last year). If you should have any suggestions as to how that strategy could be developed, or simply want to get more involved in shaping the services you receive, please let us know.
The publication of the revised Residents and Repairs Handbooks is imminent and we expect to start delivering them this summer. If you have any suggestions regarding how the handbooks could be improved, or if there are any specific points you would want to see included, please let us know.
Copies of the Residents survey report will soon be appearing on scheme notice Boards and our website. We are confident that the responses you provided will help us to continue imp[roving the service we provide and therefore would like to thank everyone who was able to complete and return a survey form.
A reminder to those of you with electric heating that as the days become warmer don’t forget to reduce the input on your night storage heaters to suit your needs. If you are uncertain about how to operate your heating or hot water system please let us know and we will arrange for someone to call and see you.
Congratulations to Mr Edwards of Pontyclun who was the winner of the prize draw held in conjunction with the residents survey. Mr Edwards received a Marks and Spencer voucher to the value of £25.00.
