We love to hear from our tenants and the more feedback we get the better we can make our service. The 2009 Tenant’s Survey highlighted an increase in the number of residents who want to become more involved so read on to find out how you can let us know what you think.
Members of staff regularly visit your scheme, (if you have a communal noticeboard, dates and times of visits should also be displayed there). If you feel more comfortable passing on information in person please let us know.
You are more than welcome to call to see us at our main office in Cardiff. However as we only have a small staff, many of whom are often out visiting or work part-time, to ensure we can help you fully and that your trip is not wasted, it is important you make an appointment.
If you have mastered the art of electronic communication, just prefer good old pen and paper or you feel more comfortable simply picking up a phone, you can find all the details on the contact page.
We fully appreciate that completing these forms can be tiresome however we do value your feedback. Feedback sheets for day to day maintenance repairs, consultation papers for larger planned maintenance works, ad-hoc surveys and questionnaires all provide an opportunity for you to help shape the way things are done. Please don’t feel obliged to complete them but thank you for taking the time if you do!
