Each flat is self-contained with its own entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, lounge and double bedroom(s). Kitchens are fully fitted with space so that a washing machine, cooker and fridge can be fitted. Heating is by gas. There are emergency pull cords located in each room, which are linked to an operator in the case of emergencies.

The scheme also has car park facilities, an outside drying area for laundry and pleasant gardens for the tenants.

Situated in a small village near to local amenities and adjacent to Underwood Free Church.

Rent and Service Charges

The rent which includes a charge for the services listed is set annually by the Association and is known as an Assured Rent. This means that the rent will be below the comparable market level rents in the local area.
