Each flat is self-contained with its own entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, lounge and double bedroom. Kitchens are fully fitted with a space for a cooker, fridge and washing machine to be fitted in. Heating is by gas. There are also self help pull cords connected to a central emergency call centre in the flats for the older persons.
The flats have a communal entrance and door entry system. There is a shared car park and outside drying area.

The rent which includes a charge for the services listed is set annually by the Association and is known as an Assured Rent. This means that the rent will be below the comparable market level rents in the local area.
