Housing Association Pay Transparency Report

Unlike some Association’s Aelwyd has continued to align itself to the NJC (National Joint Council) payscales which historically have been used widely in the voluntary and community sector. (These are the local government scales negotiated by the employer and trade union sides of the National Joint Council for Local Government Services). Consequently annual pay increases for all Aelwyd staff are set independently.
