Become a Volunteer Board Member

We are currently looking to recruit new Voluntary Board Members to join our Board of Management. The role of the Board of Management is to determine strategy, and to direct, control, scrutinise and evaluate the Association’s affairs so as to ensure its continuity and sound health.

We are a small housing association based in Cardiff, managing 246 homes across South Wales predominantly for those over 55 years old. We have a strong ethos based on Christian values; providing housing for those in need, having our residents at our heart and doing the right thing.

Whether you’re an experienced Trustee or wanting to take your first step at Board level, we want to hear from you.

We’re particularly interested in people who have skills in Finance and those who share our ethos and values.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds – men and women, people of all ages, sexual orientations, nationalities, religions and beliefs. We particularly encourage applications from women and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) candidates, as these groups are currently underrepresented on our Board.
