WELCOME


Aelwyd is a Charitable, Christian Housing Association providing rented homes for people in housing need, currently all of its housing stock is situated in South Wales, and the vast majority of the units are flats for the elderly. Aelwyd works closely with the local Churches and communities in providing a good quality service to some 300 tenants. The work of the Housing Association is directed and overseen by a voluntary Management Committee, who are actively involved in strategic and policy decisions, and are responsible for monitoring the performance of the Association.
